Your taxes are funding the Iran war

UK taxpayers are helping facilitate the unlawful US and Israeli war against Iran and Lebanon and the continuing brutality in Gaza. Without our consent, we are — through military assistance and arms sales —  underwriting war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity right across the Middle East. This is a criminal offence under international and UK law, but there is a lawful, peaceful, and powerful way to say no.

Military spending for past, current, and future wars exceeds £60 billion every year. That’s £60 billion of taxpayers’ money used to fund unlawful wars, arms sales, and genocide. Including Iran, Lebanon, and Gaza. All without consent, transparency, or accountability. This isn’t just unethical. Under both UK and international law, funding war and genocide is a criminal offence. You have the right, but more importantly, a duty to stop paying taxes as long as this is how they’re used.

Take back control.

You don’t have to tolerate your taxes funding genocide and war crimes. There’s a lawful, peaceful, powerful way to say push back. The No Tax For War Taxation Trust💡is a lawful tool that enables individuals and businesses to withhold taxes. When enough of us act, the system has to listen. This is about using trusts to withhold tax that would otherwise fund war, destruction, crimes against humanity and genocide, Not to evade or avoid paying tax, but to insist it’s  only ever used in line with UK and international war law.

Set up a trust. Take a stand. Make war history.

Be on the right side of history.

Every time you pay tax, your money enters a system that funds bombs, weapons,  military operations, and unlawful war. All without your consent. But it doesn’t have to.

You can take peaceful, lawful action to withhold your taxes until they can be used lawfully and ethically. We’ll guide you through every step with clear instructions, templates, and support. Whatever type of individual, business, or local authority tax you pay, there’s a legal route forward.

Not in my name. Not with my money.

“The kind of large‑scale destruction and violence seen in Gaza must not be extended to Iran, Lebanon and other countries - a dreadful scenario that would plunge the world into a moral and legal abyss.”

Francesca Albanese United Nations Special Rapporteur | March 2026

Peaceful and impactful.

This isn’t a random uprising. It’s a growing grassroots movement of people using the law to challenge unlawful government action.

When enough of us act, the system has to listen. This is about individual, lawful, resistance by using trusts to withhold tax that would otherwise fund war, destruction, and crimes against humanity.

Whether you’re an individual or a business, you can take a lawful stand — and you won’t be alone. This is about strength in numbers, clarity of purpose, and peaceful power in action.

Definition: Fiduciary

A fiduciary is person or organisation in a position of trust who has a legal duty to act in good faith and in the best interests of another party, such as a trustee for beneficiaries of a trust.

Placing your home in a separate trust

Creating a distinct legal trust specifically for your primary residence. This ensures that your home is no longer legally “owned” by you as an individual, but held in trust for your benefit. Doing so may offer protection against enforcement action by councils or creditors, especially if you are challenging council tax or other state demands. It is a precautionary step to reduce the risk of property seizure or legal intimidation. Legal advice is recommended before proceeding.

Definition: Trusts

A trust is a legal tool that ring-fences your money until certain conditions are met. The Make War History Taxation Trust is a conditional, revocable trust to withhold tax until it’s proven it won’t be used unlawfully — for example, to fund war.

Definition: Promissory Note

A Promissory Note is a legally binding promise to pay — but only once the trust’s conditions are met. It shows you’re not refusing to pay tax outright, just demanding it be used lawfully. This adds weight to your position and ensures the legal system recognises your intent.
